The goal of an in-home specialist/educators is to help families transition into independent and healthy lives. They are to provide stability to families who have experienced domestic violence in the home, and minimize the effects of violence on the children. In-home specialists provide case managing and nurturing parent education services for 90 days. This program is unique to our community and cannot be found anywhere in the state.
