About the event

This training provides essential guidance for professionals and caregivers on how to respond appropriately and compassionately when a child discloses sexual abuse.


Following this training, participants will be able to:

  • Distinguish between minimal facts interviewing and forensic interviewing.

  • enhance critical minimal facts interviewing techniques by evaluating the dos and don'ts.

  • Explore the emotions of sharing traumatic experiences with multiple people.

  • Apply minimal facts techniques using audience specific scenarios.
