This training will discuss the challenges foster youth face as they approach and enter adulthood, including increased risk of homelessness or ongoing abuse as well as economic hardship. It will present the framework of Youth Villages “LifeSet” program that offers mentoring services for children ages 17-22 to improve outcomes and assist foster youth in a successful transition to adulthood.
